Senior Accountant - Corporate & Property Accounting
$100k - $115k + OT and Generous Bonus
 

A prestigious national commercial real estate firm recognized for its collaborative and dynamic work culture seeks a highly skilled Sr. Accountant with a strong technical accounting background who enjoys working in a dynamic, fast-paced, and collaborative team-centric environment.  

 

In this crucial role, you will be responsible for performing accounting duties for a portfolio of commercial real estate assets and acting as a liaison between the Accounting and Asset Services teams to provide Accounting and financial analysis support.

The successful candidate will have: 

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration, CPA preferred 

• 2+ years of Accounting experience required 

• Public Accounting in Public commercial real estate experience is highly preferred 

• Proficient in US GAAP Accounting— (Lease Accounting and Project Cost Accounting is a plus)
