Bradford Mattin

President/Owner

After moving from Australia to the USA in 1998, Bradford worked as a Human Resource Manager with Gap Inc. before coming to Alan J. Blair Personnel as a candidate and joining the firm in 2000. Over the last 24 + years, Bradford has provided quality administrative staff and excellent customer service to premier Bay Area companies.

Focusing on placing outstanding administrative team members in temporary, temporary to hire, and direct hire roles for our exceptional clients, Bradford excels at assisting both clients and candidates through the entire recruiting process. From the initial phone call to accepting the position and beyond, Bradford ensures each placement continues to be a successful match for all.

What does Bradford love most about his job? "I love all aspects of what I do. We work with some of the most successful, innovative companies in the Bay Area while pairing them with one of the most diverse workforces in the world. Bradford is a renowned “Pug Person” and is a proud Dad to his rescued fur babies Sofie and Niko.

Milla Milojkovic

Senior Recruiter

Milla started her career as a professional jazz singer. When this became unsustainable, Milla started her career as an Executive Assistant at KPMG, supporting a former COO of Walmart. She learned a lot from her professional career as an EA. It was a natural progression of her “Type A” personality. Milla joined Alan J. Blair as a candidate before becoming a Permanent Recruiter with the firm and enjoys the reputation of going above and beyond for everyone she works with.

What does Milla love most about her job, and what makes her successful? “I love people; they energize me. And I really do care, about my clients and my candidates, and I know that my work makes a significant impact in people’s lives.”

Milla is a proud cat mommy to her rescued Maine Coon, Dino, who is 18 pounds, answers to the term “Monster,” and plays fetch with rubber bands. He was named after Dean Martin because he is very handsome and very vocal.

Kameah Holt-Daniels

Office Coordinator

Kameah is a proud double-majoring student who specializes in marketing and entrepreneurship while supporting the AJB team! Throughout the years, she has developed various skills, such as time management, organizational skills, Microsoft 365, WPS Offices, Canva (a flyer-making website), writing and composition, advertising, and flyer production.

These skills have allowed her to successfully manage multiple projects, create engaging content, and effectively communicate with diverse audiences. Kameah has always been passionate about social media management, advertising, and public speaking. During high school, she was part of the Events and Publicity Committee, of which she was a member and Co-chair. She held and spoke at several Free Application for Federal Student Aid and Maryland State Financial Aid Application nights as well as senior town hall meetings that had parents and students attending.

While studying at college Kameah was the Director of Events at her university's Black Business Association and started the organization back up after COVID. Creating memorable events has always been Kameah’s calling. She is proud to say that she also plans to make her dreams of becoming a business owner a reality!

Leither Moise

Recruiter

Leither's journey in the business world began with an internship at Morgan Stanley as a Business Analyst, which laid the foundation for his career. Following this, he transitioned to a role as a Business Sales Representative for United Airlines, where he played a key role in implementing the new United first "Polaris" program, focusing on enhancing the Business class experience and establishing new routes both in the US and overseas.

After his tenure at United, Leither enjoyed various recruiting opportunities with companies such as GM Cruise, Facebook, Meltwater News, and Fiddler.ai, demonstrating his adaptability and determination to excel.

Joining The Alan J. Blair Family marked a significant milestone in Leither's career, where he swiftly proved himself as a self-starter within the first week.

What does Lei love about his job? "I am passionate about connecting my clients with individuals from diverse backgrounds and fields, fostering personal growth, and contributing to their professional journeys."

Beyond his professional pursuits, Leither is an avid cyclist, often embarking on invigorating rides to Stinson Beach and back on weekends. You might even catch him on Strava, where he proudly shares his cycling routes and experiences.
