After moving from Australia to the USA in 1998, Bradford worked as a Human Resource Manager with Gap Inc. before coming to Alan J. Blair Personnel as a candidate and joining the firm in 2000. Over the last 20 + years, Bradford has provided quality administrative staff and excellent customer service to premier Bay Area companies.
Focusing on placing outstanding administrative team members in temporary, temporary to hire, and direct hire roles for our exceptional clients, Bradford excels at assisting both clients and candidates through the entire recruiting process. Bradford is a renowned “Pug Person” and is a proud Dad to his rescued fur baby Sydney.
Milla started her career as a professional jazz singer. When this became unsustainable, Milla started her career as an Executive Assistant at KPMG, supporting a former COO of Walmart. She learned a lot from her professional career as an EA. It was a natural progression of her “Type A” personality. Milla joined Alan J. Blair as a candidate before becoming a Permanent Recruiter with the firm and enjoys the reputation of going above and beyond for everyone she works with.
What does Milla love most about her job, and what makes her successful? “I love people; they energize me. And I really do care, about my clients and my candidates, and I know that my work makes a significant impact in people’s lives.”
Milla is a proud cat mommy to her rescued Maine Coon, Dino, who is 18 pounds, answers to the term “Monster,” and plays fetch with rubber bands. He was named after Dean Martin because he is very handsome and very vocal.
Nadine pivoted to a career in recruitment after two years of practicing as a speech therapy clinician. Before that, she worked as a Marketing and Sales Specialist for two years for a wine and spirits marketing firm, where she regularly topped the national sales list.
What does Nadine love most about her job, and what makes her successful?
"With my experience in sales, healthcare, and marketing, I love to connect clients to candidates with jobs offering excellent compensation and work-life balance in the San Francisco Bay Area."
When she is not working, she spends time with her not-so-little chihuahua, Kash. He loves the outdoors and meeting new people, so they are always out and about.
While working as a Leasing Agent for residential properties, Catalina accomplished her Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminal Justice at San Francisco State University. She gained experience in personal relations and sales techniques and became the top leasing agent. Catalina joined Alan J. Blair as a candidate before becoming the Office Coordinator.
What does Catalina love most about her job? “I love the fast-paced energy of the office and being able to assist my team in all aspects to ensure their success. I enjoy assisting our prestigious Bay Area clients and the outstanding candidates we represent.”
When not working, Catalina enjoys exploring the beautiful city of San Francisco, collecting new succulents, and DJ-ing house music. She also loves being a fur mom to Ocean and Ivy. Ocean loves socializing outdoors, while Ivy is shy, sweet, and smiles for cuddles.
