Please read this guide that covers your employment through Alan J. Blair Personnel, including our process for timesheets, pay periods, breaks, and other employment information. ​​​​​

Please provide your Social Security Number and your Birth Date to your Alan J. Blair Representative. This is needed to create your account with Paychex.com. Once created you will receive an email inviting you to register with PaychexFlex.com, where you’ll complete the following onboarding documents: ​

I-9 Verification form

Federal W-4 form
-
Employee Acknowledgment Form

Direct Deposit Form,

State-specific tax forms based on your work and resident state.​

You can view your weekly pay stubs or edit your tax and direct deposit information at any time in your PaychexFlex account. ​​​

I-9 Verification in Equifax.com
​You will click on the link and be directed to Equifax.com to complete you I-9.
Section 1: Employee Information and Document Upload

In this section, you will provide your legal name, address, and Social Security number.

You will also be asked to upload identification documents, such as a passport or a combination of a driver's license and Social Security card or birth certificate.

This step must be completed by you, the employee.

Section 2: Document Verification
-
If you are working remotely or unable to come into the office, Section 2 must be completed by a third party who is 18 years of age or older (a friend, family member, roommate, etc.). Enter their name and email address.

This individual will receive an email from Equifax.com where they will review the original identification documents you uploaded in Section 1 and verify them through the online system. Please advise them to check their Spam folder if they do not receive the email the day you complete Section 1.

Alan J. Blair Personnel Services, Inc. is happy to offer tax-free dollars in your paycheck to be used for your commuting expenses. Please print and complete.

Alan J. Blair Personnel Services, Inc. will pay into the Healthy San Francisco Program for you once you work over 10 hours per week for 3 months. Complete this form ONLY if you are covered by another person's or company's insurance plan and do not wish to utilize this program.

Please click on the link to complete the state-mandated Sexual Harassment training if you are scheduled to work 100+ hours in your temporary assignment. You must complete the 1-hour training before starting in the position. Once you have completed the training save the certificate at the end of the video and email a copy to officemanager@alanjblair.com. We must receive this certificate before you start in the position. One hour will be added to your first timesheet to pay for this time.
