As we begin the second half of 2025, we at Alan J. Blair Personnel will be six months away from proudly celebrating 50 remarkable years as the Bay Area's cornerstone of Administrative recruiting. Through economic booms and busts, emerging industries, technologies, and shifting job markets, there are a couple of crucial reasons we have not only survived but thrived through 4 recessions and the ever-changing Bay Area job market.
